30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Please take care when trying on your cap and keep it free of wear or marks.

How to request a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. Our return address is ekkoelyve, 20 Chaussee Brunehaut, 62260 Cauchy-à-la-Tour, France. Returns are sent to France.

Return shipping and fees

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If we made an error, or the item is damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost and provide instructions through customer support. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. The unused, original-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We will arrange a refund or replacement according to your preference and what is feasible.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return and approve the refund, the payment will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us if you need help locating a refund.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
